Project Description:
Project designed for a couple looking to retire to enjoy their best years.

Project designed as our first home designed and built. looking for an architecture where each part of the facade is a full geometric element that contrasts in volume and type of material to the other, creating a unit as a whole is looking to optimize and have no wasted space, to fit the defined budget, initially determined by the square foot. inwardly open spaces, double height sloping ceiling in public spaces, placing windows on the top of these, to achieve the venturi effect to the flow of air circulation and optimize the use of air conditioners, large vertical openings oriented correctly to achieve natural lighting and protect areas of sunlight, use the contrast in the use of natural materials, exposed concrete, marble ashlar (adobe).

The House is closed to the outside and open to the rear achieving a sense of openness between the spaces and the garden.

Water provides freshness to the environment, while producing the architectural work.
