Project Description:
The finished project comprises the finishes in building 03, and 05 of Residential Marietas. All the floor finishes, pools, and bathroom zones, are natural marble treated with different finishes depending on the zone and usage, interior, exterior, wet zones, etc. We have ample experience in construction with these types of natural finishes for luxury residences. As well as experience with its proper maintenance.

The project was executed from the masonry stage up to the finishing touches. We coordinated with the different contractors involved in the supervision of the construction to be able to work correctly in conjunction and finish the project in time and cost. The contract was agreed as lump sum price. The project was acquired via a project contest realized by the development Punta Mita; DINE.
