About Us

We are a General contractor and Architecture Firm, located in the Bahía de Banderas area, in which we plan and build houses and high–level edifications.

Architect Marco Rodriguez arrived in Puerto Vallarta in 1997, and in 2006 he founded
Spacio Integral Arquitectos, starting his activities in the construction industry, specializing
and focusing in residential construction of superior quality, and high sophistication.
We have more than 24 years of experience in the Punta Mita, Sayulita, Bucerías, Puerto
Vallarta and the Bahía de Banderas area.

During these years, we have carried out a variety of projects that span from residential design to condominium building, hotels, beach clubs, a dolphin center, and many more.

We are an interdisciplinary team of professionals and collaborators with more than 24 years of experience, with Architect Marco Rodriguez at the helm, dedicated to design and construction of residential projects and general edification at both medium and large scale

We are aware of the value of teamwork in which each one of the participants brings an essential part to the whole. The conformation of the team that intervenes in every project is the backbone to obtain the planned and expected outcome: from the selection of each artisan and worker, to the selection of suppliers for the smart technology for your project.
We count with an experience tested team, that reflects in the economic benefit of our clients, since we project and plan edification to optimize decision–making.

We strive to always interpret and satisfy the requirements and expectations of our clients, working close with them, whom are sometimes non–Mexican residents, and are looking to invest in luxury residential properties in our country, or that have opted to retire and choose the Bahia de Banderas area (Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Sayulita, etc.) as their new residence.

I like discovering different places and be aware of the constant and eternal essence in every space in nature, as well as appreciating its particular beauty since it is unique. This is what I strive to reflect in every project I develop.

Marco Rodríguez’s Biography

“Marco Rodriguez is a visionary architect, graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. His love of nature brought him to move to Puerto Vallarta, in the year 1995, where he has been able to develop his views in architecture.
As Architect, my specialty and talent is to comprehend ideas, needs, and dreams for your new luxury residence at the beach or your edification project of any type, or scale.
My passion and focus is to be able to exceed expectations, designing a property that is functional, beautiful, harmonic, and atemporal. As well as having al details corresponds with the whole: a harmonic geometric union that exceed expectations.
I like to discover different places, but I’m conscious that there is a constant and eternal essence in each space in nature, as well as having its beauty, since it is unique, that’s what I like to reflect in each project I develop.
I try to assimilate all needs that you have to transfer it to your project, integrating constant elements that make the projects transmit that creating essence, that gives peace, comfort, and surprise.
I’m conscious that every work has an impact or influence in the person that inhabits it, my vision as architect, is to make it pleasant and for it to emanate the essence and peace that I find in nature.
In each project we were able to create great spaces with a correct sense of illumination. As well as appreciate the management of different textures through natural materials, like stone, dimension stone, marble, apparent concrete, and stucco, amongst others. I like to integrate water mirrors, green areas, as well as transition zones between exterior and interior in each project: a space to prepare you to enter the house.”
