Project Description:
Just as the owners we are also proud of this spectacular residence with the collaboration accomplished with Chris, Kevin, and Richard; the designers of this project, where we had to research and experiment with materials that were up to and exceeded their needs and design standards, this was accomplished working as a team, and always looking to work with the needs of the owners.

The project is located on the beachfront thus having a beautiful ocean view. It has a
combination of an international modern architecture style with Pacific Mexican architecture influences in the finishes, textures, colors and materials. This house is an example of sophisticated beach lifestyle that accomplishes the perfect integration between beauty, luxury and comfort with nature via an aquatic garden as the centerpiece amongst the living space.
