Project Description:
House Bolongo 407, is a beach residence located in a steep hillside of 10 m. The terrain has two
access streets, one at the top and one at the bottom of it.
The main entrance is at the top of the terrain to make the most of the incredible ocean views.
On the entrance level, we have the social area where the living room, dining room, kitchen, and
an independent room with its bathroom are located. On the top floor we find the master
bedroom with its walk–in closet, and the service room, as well as a third room with dressing
room and full bathroom both the entrance floor and the top floor have ocean views, in both
levels we added terraces in the whole front to be able to enjoy the views from both interior and
the exterior.
On the bottom floor, we have the socializing area. Conformed by a semi open living room, a
kitchen–grill area, an outside terrace, as well as the pool space, and the 4th independent
apartment–like bedroom, to which there is an access through the garage located in the
basement.
The basement floor is accessed through the inferior street, where we find space for two more
cars, a cellar, machine room, and a pet area with direct connection to the outer garden.
These four levels are connected by the central element, which is a flying staircase that allows
one to be able to see the ocean through the spaces between the steps. From the entrance floor

and the different levels, this staircase is limited by large lateral walls made with exposed
concrete to contrast the horizontal elements of each floor, achieving a modern functional
architecture, open completely to the ocean, making use of the different views obtained from
the Bahia de Banderas bay.
