Project Description:
The project is a Clubhouse with a big pool that is next to the Jack Nicklaus golf course in the Punta Mita Development. This Clubhouse is one of the two beach clubs for the Marietas ́residential zone in Punta Mita, which houses various condo buildings with views to the golf course.

Here a challenge to solve was that the terrain in which the building was going to be built needed to be raised by 3 meters above the natural terrain. This we achieved by excavating a box in the whole surface of the edification up to the desired level, and from there we began building the foundation slab and walls that were structured with cement elements. Raising the floor level of the bottom floor. The terrace and pool area are on this level, as well as the entry point, the concierge office, waiting room, game room, kitchen, and general bathrooms. On the upper floor is the gym with an exterior terrace.

The finished floor is made of prefabricated beam slabs, and concrete.
