Beach houses

Project brief

Project Description:
It is a set of three houses located on the beachfront, in a private subcondo, with the Mexican pacific architecture style. In the architecture, the solidity of the walls predominates over the empty space; different details of this kind are used: like stone carpets, wooden pergola, benches, alcoves, as well as patios, water mirrors, and interior gardens. For this concept, the house needed a deeper cementation since the natural level at which it stands does not have rock, only sand, because of that we had to make the foundation as deep as we did.

The foundation type used in these three houses were pylons at a depth of 10m with concrete beams on top, upon which the structured floor with was built, up to the natural level of the terrain.
