Project Description:
We designed this house for a young couple of entrepreneurs that love sports. The architectural
use of perceived concrete was by request from the owners, we also used grey stucco in the
physiognomy of the whole house we also integrated grey walls of perceived block. The house is
in a private development. Because of this, the garage is open to the street by regulations.
We created a welcoming space that connects exterior, and interior of the house with a water
garden and vegetation, this gives privacy for the interior, and creates an ambience.
The residence is completely open to the pool and garden. The gym area is also important. The
wall that faces the house becomes decorative, and is where the pool begins. The ceilings are
large horizontal elements that completed with the vertical crystals, to give a cleaner visual
effect in the union of slab with the vertical elements.
