Casa Jacarandas

Project Description:
A Project Design for a retiring couple looking to have their best years in the paradise that is
Puerto Vallarta.
The result is a modern beach house with big, shared spaces for coexistence, which joins the
living room, the dining area and the kitchen, as well as the pool terrace and the garden by
opening a big picture window that joins these two areas. The entrance has a water mirror and a
garden as an anteroom.
For the entrance of the house, we used an interior garden with double height, where the
owners could place and show works of art they collect.
The use of flying horizontal rooftops besides working as geometric aesthetics; generates
shadows over the window spaces helping to increase comfort in every area, in combination
with the orientation and flow of air created in each space of the house.
