Project Description:

Casa los Arboles is designed in a terrain of small dimensions, that counts with big trees in the
posterior of a public garden.
The main element in the geometry of the project is the stair case, which we handled as a large
cube, that illuminates the spaces of the house, through a large window you can observe and
appreciate the shadows of the stairs, and the trees that are located in the back of the property,
we designed this large window with tempered glass to allow for transparency, without loosing
privacy, as well as protection from direct sunlight.
The back terrace and the rooftop terrace are areas of special importance, since the owner is in
the cooking business, and utilizes both the lower floor kitchen, that connects with the grill
outside as well as the rooftop kitchen in the terrace, to invite friends and customers to enjoy a
culinary experience.
