Our first project as developers of departments and beach condos.
Department towers: The first stage Tower 1, consists of 6 units, and the second stage, Tower 2,
consists of four.

Thought out for people looking to live in a typical town in front of a Mexican plaza, close to
nature, with magnificent mountain views, and close to the beach and the center of Puerto
Vallarta.
Nearby infrastructure is: 0.5 of the Instituto Tecnologico de Puerto Vallarta (university),
CECYTEJ (highschool) and the Colegio Fernandez de Lizardi (higschool). The entrance road is
paved and brings easy access to Plaza Peninsula, Costco, or El Pitillal via Revolucion St. It is a
very calm area with low traffic, and only 1km away from the mountains of Puerto Vallarta, at an
