Project Description:
In this project the challenge to solve was being able to integrate all the spaces that the client
required in a terrain of limited dimensions. We needed to achieve a building that expressed the
style and vanguard of the company, because it is a modeling agency, the expression of
modernism and vanguard were central to the idea, as well as being able to integrate all the
required areas in an efficient and functional way.
A Minimalistic Style building where we were able to maximize the use of every area joining the
model agency, with its office area, and a loft type apartment, all solved in a terrain of 8.00 m at
the front, to 22.60 m in depth, all in 3 ½ stories.
Since we had little area for the front of the building, we played with the verticality of the
façade, creating dynamic movement in each of the different stories that conform this building
where you can observe harmonic and dynamic volumes, that express the dynamism and
vanguard of the functions and activities that are carried out inside.
