Project Description:
Project designed for a newly married couple with the desire to build their first home.

This house is located on a corner of a street with building restrictions on both avenues, and with a very small area for construction.

The concept was to locate the design of the master bedroom in the space above, as a primary volume floating on the garage space and in conjunction with the stairway, create a combination of very chic and modern volume.
